Alexander Suto has supreme experience in
business and legal matters. He began his practice in Atlanta, Georgia in after he graduated from Emory School of Law. The field of law he became
involved with is Commercial Real Estate and Business. He dealt with diverse
matters that included the structuring and formation of various business
entities, limited liability companies and joint ventures’. He was in
partnerships that managed the acquisition and dispositions of companies and their tangible assets.
He has been very involved in asset based financing, retail leasing, loan
workouts, dispute resolution and foreclosures. He was president of a private
investment company that would acquire, renovate and sell apartment rentals and
complexes. Furthermore, he co-partnered an investment company that consulted
clients in the act of the acquisition of close to $600
million dollars in real estate properties. Recently he has become a state
certified mediator. According to his experience he is able to serve as a
consultant in ADR mediation along with other forms of dispute resolution.
Law Practice Experience:
From the beginning Al served as counsel to
several institutions with the structure and formation of several investment
entities. These entities invested over $7 Billion dollars in real estate assets
in the United States. Soon after, he consulted a Fortune 500 Company at the time
which called itself Rubbermaid, in advising them with a build to suit lease for
its corporate headquarters. He then consulted a developer with the leasing of
pre-owned in-line stores in regional malls in Florida.
Several domestic investors used his
consultation with the structuring and formation of several investment entities
that decided to purchase $250 million dollars in real estate assets. As he
became more prominent in his field of law, he consulted investment funds acquiring and financing over 65 offices and retail properties including areas in 5 major
cities such as Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Atlanta.
later guided an investment fund with the sale of an entity that owned 2,500
apartment rentals in various cities in the southeast region of the U.S. He
secured a $10 million dollar by an office building in Atlanta, Georgia and the
subsequent workout loan to a lender he was counseling. He also counseled a property receiver with litigation for collection amounts by a building owner to the receiver.
He has many experiences
guiding entity and apartment investors with workout loans secured by apartment
communities and entity developments. He’s consulted investment advisors with
initial stock offering of real estate investment trust ("REIT"). And over the years he’s consulted members of an LLC and various
creditors in foreclosures, law suits, and other proceeding debt collection
